Save the Date! September 29th! Join MGWA and AIPG MN for a Tour and Student Social event on the University of Minnesota Campus.
We will gather at Tate Hall on the East Bank of the University of Minnesota campus and take a ~15-minute walk across the Washington Avenue Bridge to a field site on the West Bank. Along the way, we will view exposures of the Platteville Formation and discuss the local hydrogeologic setting. At the field site, we will tour our integrated research and teaching facilities and highlight ongoing groundwater and fractured-aquifer research.
The Tour will be followed by an informal pizza dinner and networking opportunity.
