Former MGWA member Robert E. Pendergast, Age 84 of Mahtomedi MN, founder and president of Geotechnical Engineering Corporation (forerunner of American Engineering Testing), and founder and president of Pendergast Geoengineering, Inc. passed away on February 16, 2021.
