The Minnesota Ground Water Association (MGWA) is committed to supporting our members and strengthening the groundwater profession in Minnesota. To better understand current compensation trends and the value of groundwater-related careers, we are conducting a confidential salary survey. Your participation will help us:
- Provide members with insights into compensation ranges across roles, experience levels, and sectors.
- Support early-career professionals in understanding career pathways and compensation expectations.
- Inform MGWA programming, resources, and advocacy efforts to strengthen our professional community.
- See changes in compensation since the last salary survey was completed in 2011.
All responses will remain strictly confidential, and results will be shared only in aggregate form.
